James Grasso is a partner with Phillips Lytle LLP where he practices in the area of labor and employment law representing management in the private and public sectors. His employment law practice encompasses counseling employers on workplace policies and practices and legal compliance issues, and representing employers in litigation concerning employment discrimination, harassment, wage and hour matters, wrongful termination, employment contract disputes, and confidentiality and non-compete agreements. In his labor law practice he represents management in union organizing campaigns and collective bargaining negotiations, counsels employers on administration of collective bargaining agreements and defends management in labor arbitrations and before the National Labor Relations Board.
