The undersigned hereby agrees to volunteer to decorate a tree for the 2021 PHestivaL of Trees. You, as a tree decorator volunteer, agree to hold harmless PHestivaL of Trees, Marketing by TKE, and Greater Philadelphia Expo. By volunteering to decorate a tree, PHestivaL of Trees, Marketing by TKE, and Greater Philadelphia Expo, are not responsible for any damage or loss occurring to your person or property during the period of your volunteering.

As a tree designer you understand that you will not get the tree or any of the materials utilized to decorate the tree returned.  The tree that you decorate will be sold on-line during the PHestivaL of Trees event with proceeds going to local animal shelters and rescues.

I know that attending events with large number of people could be a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and attend unless I am medically able to do so and properly prepared. I assume all risks associated with attending this event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, infections, the effects of weather, traffic, and course conditions, and waive any and all claims which I might have based on any of those and other risks typically found in attending events. I acknowledge all such risks are known and understood by me.

In the event of an illness, injury or medical emergency arising at the event I hereby authorize and give my consent to the Event Director and/or EMT to secure from any accredited hospital, clinic and/ or physician any treatment deemed necessary for my immediate care. I agree that I will be fully responsible for payment of any and all medical services and treatment rendered to me including but not limited to medical transport, medications, treatment and hospitalization.
