1. Reservations are not confirmed until I receive a confirmation email from Management2. My guests will not smoke in the Guest Suite or in any of the Common Areas3. No pets will be with my guests during their stay4. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold West Ocean Association and its officers and agents harmless and free from any liability of any nature, including but not limited to liability for damage or injury (or sickness due to COVID-19) to any persons or property, cost of attorney fees arising out of, or in connection with, the use of West Ocean’s facilities regardless of whether the use was actively or passively negligent, either sole or contributory in connection with such liability. I certify that we have received and read the rules regarding the use of the Facilities and will abide by them. I agree to pay for any long distance charges incurred during the reservation period.5. I agree to pay for any damage to the Guest Suite or common area due to my guest’s stay6. I agree to pay the $125 daily usage fee and to provide a $500 damage deposit. I understand that these payments must be made before the reservation is confirmed.7. I understand that cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund.8. I understand that if I am not the owner of the unit, the owner of the unit must also approve this reservation.
