Standard Electric
Price calculated at First day ($50) + 25% per additional day

HEAVY ELECTRIC OPTIONS

Calculated at First day (base) rate + 25% per additional day

• 208v / 240v - single phase - 30amp:  $80 + $20 per additional day
• 208v / 240v - single phase - 50amp:  $120 + $30 per additional day
• 208v - three phase - 30amp:  $150 + $37.50 per additional day
• 480v - three phase - 30amp:  $250 + $62.50 per additional day

Motorhome Electric
First day $60 + $15 (25%) per additional day

• Motorhome must be self contained (no dumping of gray water, etc).
• Electric is not available for all events. Venue will contact you in the case of conflict & issue refund.
• Parking location is at venue's sole discretion.
• Trash must be disposed of properly or taken with you.
• Fires are only allowed if contained in an approved above ground container. Embers may not be left on site upon departure.
• Damages: You will be held responsible for any damages to your campsite during your stay.
• Reservation days are based on up to 24 hour period.

EXHIBITOR RULES & INFORMATION

• Payments must be received in full prior to services provided without exception
  
  
• Equipment rental fee non-refundable once delivered or service provided
  
  
• Exhibitor shall ensure all company representatives at the show are aware of rental rates, rules and information provided in advance
  
  
• All facility permanent outlets (wall, column or otherwise) are NOT included in booth space
  
  
• Electrical power for lights and displays will be turned off 1/2 hour after the show closing unless reserved with the DeltaPlex
  
  
• All materials and equipment furnished by the DeltaPlex for this order will remain the property of the DeltaPlex
  
  
• Use of open clip sockets, latex or lamp cord wire, duplex of triplex attachment plus is prohibited
  
  
• Only the DeltaPlex staff may make service connections.  However, company engineers or technicians may assemble service and operate equipment with special requirements
  
  
• All equipment must be properly wired and tagged with complete information as to type of current, voltage, phase, cycle, horsepower, amperage, etc
  
  
• Any work not covered under the adjacent unit price schedule will be done on a time and material basis at prevailing rates.  There shall be 1/2 hour minimum for such time and material work
  
  
• The electrians reserve the right to adjust the electrical orders to meet actual requirements.  Additional fees may apply
  
  
• All equipment must comply with Federal, State, and Local Electrical Safety Codes
  
  
• The charge for outlets will be made on the basis of maximum wattage in use at time of inspection
  
  
• Each service is for a single appliance or piece of equipment's maximum rating
  
  
• If a receptacle is needed for a piece of equipment (other than standard 110v) a charge for time and materials will be assessed
  
  
• Service will be brought to the back of the booth in the most convenient manner.  Exhibitor setup may require extension cord(s) or power strips(s) to reach service connection
  
  
• No claims will be accepted or adjustments made, unless files by the exhibitor in writing prior to close of the event
  
  
• Any chargeable labor will be billed at $50.00 per hour with 1/2 hour minimum
  
  
• Any other equipment needed from the DeltaPlex requires a rental fee
  
  
• Items requested may be limited and not guaranteed available.  Items are reserved based on who paid for the rented item(s) first, is subject to booth location and availability
