Refundable Pass Option Policy

The Refundable Pass Option is only available when applying for a Season Pass. It cannot be purchased at a later date.

Hudson Bay Mountain Adventures will refund a Season Pass in the event of:
- Injury or Illness preventing participation in the sport. Support documentation from a physician must accompany the request.
- A job transfer by immediate employer at time of pass purchase, necessitating a change of residence outside a reasonably accessible radius of the ski area. Support documentation from an employer must accompany the request.
Other than the conditions listed above, your Season Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refundable Season Pass Option Schedule

Prior to April 30th, 2025 - NO REFUND

May 1st up to Opening Day 2025 - 100% less a $30 (plus tax) admin fee

Opening Day to December 31st - 75% less a $30 (plus tax) admin fee

January 1st to January 15th - 50% less a $30 (plus tax) admin fee

January 16th to January 31st - 20% less a $30 (plus tax) admin fee

February 1st to February 15th - 10% less a $30 (plus tax) admin fee

February 16th to Close - 0%
