BP Church's mission is “to know and follow Jesus by helping others to know and follow Jesus." When requesting space, please consider how your activity furthers this mission. Only BP Church members may submit Facilities Requests, and the requesting member must be present to host for the duration of the meeting or event. Please submit facility requests at least two weeks in advance of desired date.

Requesting a specific room does not guarantee use of that room. Rooms are assigned based on the size of group, the activity, and the needs of other requestors. Church-sponsored events have first priority.
More than one group may be using different areas of the facility at the same time. Your group’s activities are limited to the area(s) approved and the restrooms.
All set-up, decorating, activities, and clean-up must be completed within your "Actual Time."
Member/User is responsible to reset space(s): put away tables, chairs, and equipment. Also, vacuum, check bathrooms for garbage overflows, flush toilets, ensure there is no water running in kitchen or bathrooms, turn off all lights, lock all windows, doors, and parking gates.
If using the kitchen, Carolyn Hutton will connect with you prior to your event. Once over, complete a kitchen clean-up checklist (located on the side of the kitchen fridge), and place in the "Complete Kitchen Checklist" container. Please be aware that children are not allowed in the kitchen."
Please do not adjust the thermostats. This will only interfere with their pre-programming. The thermostats will be set in advance and programmed to meet your needs at the time of your event.
Our policy is that equipment does not leave the church campus. If your access requires a key, please contact the church office to make arrangements: (360) 892-4664.
I have read and understand the BRUSH PRAIRIE BAPTIST CHURCH MINISTRIES WAIVER Liability: THE APPLICANT AGREES TO ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURY TO PERSON AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY ARISING FROM THE USE OF FACILITY BY APPLICANT HEREUNDER AND AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND DEFEND BRUSH PRAIRIE BAPTIST CHURCH FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND DAMAGES RELATING THERETO. THE APPLICANT AGREES THAT ANY DISPUTES ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE RESOLVED VIA A MUTUALLY ACCEPTABLE ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS OR THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION. A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT MAY BE REQUIRED, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR. I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE USE POLICY.
