Subscription Interruption Form
Please use this form to either temporarily suspend, or to cancel, classes with AAHP/FoSPO. Please note the definitions of these two terms.

Subscription Interruption: Choose this status when needed to temporarily suspend the subscribed minor's classes, at any time, and while planning for the subscribed minor to return to classes during the current studio year, or before the July Field School ends.

Subscription Cancellation: Choose this status as a permanent suspension of classes for the foreseeable future due to, for example, long-term illness. All subscribed minors leaving the AAHP in good standing enjoy a permanent invitation to return at a later time, or, if older, to join our associates program for advanced teens, Big Blue Sky Creatives.
