Special Notes for Digital Signage Billboard

• Allow 5-10 business days for your posting to air.
• LMC Media accepts jpg headshots, event photos, event location photos, logos and/or poster notices that do not contain ticket prices or raffle information. For quickest turnaround time please use the following accepted bulletin formats for Event Posters: JPG or PNG (1920h x 1080w).
• Video PSA Format: Mp4 (H.264 - 60 seconds max).
• Please make sure ticket sales, pricing, and raffle announcements are omitted from your bulletin announcement before submission.
• You will be notified by email that your notice has been posted to LMC Media.

NOTE: If artwork submitted is not in 1920x1080/landscape formatting your artwork will be edited to fit screens correctly.
