Ineligible items returned period will not be processed or refunded per the posted policies during checkout. Filling out this form is not a postmark. Exchanges are offered as an act of good faith to allow for sizing issues. Thank you for understanding that small costume brands cannot support returns after Halloween for obvious reasons.

I have reviewed the return policies and understand that returns shipped with hair, discoloration, dirt, oil, smoke, perfume, Febreeze, laundered or pet odors etc are NOT in new condition and are subject to a 50% disposal fee or may be ineligible for return, as is normal with any typical boutique. The product must be returned in its original condition AND packaging as is standard with returning an item at any business. Returns shipped outside of the return policy or in used condition are not eligible for refund as shown on the return policy, terms and conditions at checkout and on every product page of the website and will not be processed. I understand that we should expect returns within the return policy are to be processed within approximately 5-10 business days of arrival.
