The Jackson-Madison County Library is proud to present a new escape room for ages 8 and up.
Groups of up to 5 players are given 1 hour to find the stash of 100 Grand hidden in the director's office (the Anne Thurmond Board Room at the Main Library) and disable to security cameras before making off with their goodies. Escaping without getting caught will take thinking through various puzzles and observing clues and hints left around the room.
Masks will be required while playing, and all surfaces will be disinfected between each session. At least 1 adult will need to stay in the room with the players, and may assist with the escape room themselves! One library staff member will be present for the duration to monitor and also to provide a limited amount of helpful hints.
As some appointments will be made while the library is not open to the public, please note that you may not be able to access the rest of the building before or after your game.
