Facilities/Premises Use License Film Location - Permission
This Facilities/Premises Use License is a contract between the Producer and the location and/or site owner or agent (Owner or Owner’s Representative) for the use of the Owner’s premises, facilities, and/or real property (Premises) for the purpose of filming.

The Owner and/or Owner’s representative warrants he/she possesses the authority to bind and execute this Agreement conferring all rights to Producer to photograph, film, record, and display any or all recorded images worldwide for any purpose whatsoever, now known or unknown.

The Producer will exercise due care and remain responsible for his/her acts or omission associated with the use of Owner's Premises.

Acknowledges and agrees that the above stated entity has neither any control nor right of control over the Producer or Producer's activities while on the Premises or associated with the filming activities.
