    Multi-Purpose Hall Booking Form
    • A security guard is required for gate patrol to avoid unauthorized entry. Alternatively, you are responsible for organizing a volunteer to patrol the gates duration of the event
    • Security guards are mandatory for all ticketed events. A quote will be provided based on the event details.
    • We require a minimum of a week’s notice for hall hire.
    • Cleaning with our contactor is recommended at a flat rate of $500, Alternatively, cleaning is to be done at your own expense to our expectations. (Please Note: This price is to clean the internal Area of the hall and Upstairs Toilets. Any damages or other Incidents must be reported prior to cleaning. All external areas (footpaths and car parks) are not included. Special Note: The hirer must clear and remove rubbish and other materials (Decorations, etc.) from the hall before cleaning commences. This price does not include set up of chairs and tables or rubbish removal.
    • Event Conclusion & Venue Vacate Time: All events must conclude by 10:00 PM. Cleaning and pack-down must be completed, and the premises vacated by 11:50 PM (midnight).
    • Hall hire people cannot enter any other premises unless permission is obtained
    • Hall hire people are responsible for turning the lights off.
    • Hall hire people are responsible for people activity including children and must not allow them to go in or around other school premises
