    *new delivery rates starting March 4, 2022

    Just a few things before we get started:

    • minimum rental of three (3) games per booking
    • Rental fee covers four (4) hours of use, excluding set-up time
    • Every succeeding hour after 4 hours is 500php per game
    • 50% downpayment to secure date of rental (non-refundable, but can be rescheduled)
    • 50% remaining balance three (3) days before date of event
    • For Time Start of Rental - our team needs at least 1.5 - 2 hours to set up all your games
    • we will adjust our ETA based on your Time Start of Rental (1-3 hours before stated preferred start of rental)
    • Payment options are: bank and online transfer

    Steps we take to ensure your safety during your event:

    • our crew will be equipped with proper face shields and face masks
    • sanitation areas (foot press alcohol dispenser) will be provided per game
    • once prior set-up is done, all games will be disinfected before guest use
    • we now offer: No Game Assist rental option, games will be set-up and disinfected. Crew will come back to pack-up games after the event
    • With bookings that require crew to be present, any recquired RT-PCR Test/ Rapid Antigen testing fees will be handled and shouldered by client. Alternatively, we can also schedule tests for our crew with your lab of choice. Test fees will be forwarded to you.

  • For clients opting for Self Pick-up and Return of Games:

    we require the following:

    • 50% damage deposit of total - bank deposit (to be returned upon inspection of lawn games - as long as there are no missing items or damages)
    • we require games to be returned the same day of rental, if client fails to do so - client will be charged the full amount of rented games
    • damages or lost items will be itemized and emailed upon inspection

    Terms and Conditions for Lawn Game Rentals:

    RT-PCR TEST / RAPID ANTIGEN TESTING FEES:

    • with bookings that require crew to be present, any required RT-PCR Test/ Rapid Antigen testing fees will be handled and shouldered by client. Alternatively, we can also schedule tests for our crew with your lab of choice. Fees will be forwarded to the client.

    FOR NO GAME ASSIST:

    • Clients who will opt for No Game Assist, means no Fifth House Crew will be present during gameplay/event. Fifth House crew will arrive a few hours before the stated Preferred Time of Rental to set-up client's chosen games. Once set-up is done, Fifth House crew will disinfect all games and be turned over to the coordinator's team. Fifth House Crew will then return after the event to pack-up all games.
    • Billing statement will be given for any missing or damaged items.

    CLIENT - PROVIDED MEALS

    • Client will at least provide two (2) full meals with drinks for the Fifth House Crew (within Metro Manila)
    • Client will at least provide two (2) full meals and (1) snack with drinks for the Fifth House Crew (for out of town)
    • Cash allowance is also an option. P150 per meal and P100 for snack per crew. Payment can be added / settled in the remaining balance.

    ORDERS

    • All materials used to complete a client's order are on a per day hire basis unless otherwise specified clearly and accepted by both parties in writing.
    • Photographs represent condition at time of photograph, current condition may be different
    • Once location for lawn games has been approved and materials has been installed, no relocation will be allowed (due to time constraints of moving lawn games)
    • Billing will commence on the agreed schedule regardless of late start of event
    • Fifth House Staff is not authorized/allowed to operate equipment that is not owned by our team
    • Fifth House Staff will dismantle all lawn games after the agreed duration has been reached, if client wishes to extend, please let our staff know
    • Fifth House Staff will only operate under the agreed terms of the approved rental agreement

    EXTENSION OF RENTALS

    • extension of lawn games will be charged at 500php per game per hour

    PAYMENT

    • acceptable forms of payment are: cash, online transfer, bank transfer
    • 50% downpayment is required to secure your slot, 50% remaining balance must be settled before day of event
    • once 50% downpayment has been settled, it is concluded that client agrees with terms and conditions of Fifth House Services
    • to reserve your date: seven (7) business days to settle 50% downpayment from date of submission, before booked date is automatically removed from our calendar, if you wish to rebook please submit another form
    • FOR SELF PICK-UP/RETURN - 50% damage deposit of total - bank deposit (to be returned upon inspection of lawn games - as long as there are no missing items or damages)
    • FOR SELF PICK-UP/RETURN - we require games to be returned the same day of rental, if client fails to do so - client will be charged the full amount of rented games (unless agreed upon by both parties about final date and time of return, penalty will be disregarded)
    • FOR SELF PICK-UP/RETURN - damages or lost items will be itemized and emailed upon inspection

    CANCELLATIONS

    • once 50% payment has been paid, should the client wish to cancel or postpone the order, Fifth House Concept Studio Co., will not refund the downpayment made prior to cancellation to cover lost income and other costs
    • rescheduling can be made at no additional cost as long as preferred date is available

    REPLACEMENT FEES

    • client will be charged for any damage or loss of rented items while in use by the client. The replacement fee will be determined by Fifth House concept studio co.

    INSURANCE

    • insurance is not covered by Fifth House Concept Studio Co. once the items are rented out. Client is responsible in maintaining all appropriate policies of insurance, covering liability, property and casualty insurances in amounts necessary to fully protect the owner and items agains all claims, loss and damage

    WEATHER CONDITIONS

    • Fifth House Concept Studio Co. will not be held responsible and will not issue any refund of any kind for any delay in the usafe of the rented items due to unforeseen weather conditions
    • if conditions are not feasible for gameplay due to unforeseen weather forecast or acts of God upon arrival of the crew, agreed time for usage stated on this agreement will not be adjusted. Payment for rentals will still be paid in full.
    • If weather is unsuitable for gameplay and places the Fifth House Staff at risk (instances of Force Majeure), Fifth House Concept Studio Co., reserves the right to immediately pull-out it's crew, services and materials from the venue and event at no cost

    Waiver of Liability for Lawn Games:

    This agreement releases The Fifth House Concept Studio Co. from all liability relating to injuries and damages that may occur during the duration of the rental of Lawn games or After Party Games.

    By signing this agreement, I agree to hold The Fifth House Concept Studio Co, entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred or damages to the event venue, regardless of whether injuries or damages are caused by negligence.

    I also acknowledge the risks involved in renting my selected games. I guarantee that I am participating voluntarily and that all risks have been made clear to me.

    I forfeit all right to bring suit against The Fifth House Concept Studio Co, for any reason.

    • Seven (7) business days to settle payment from date of submission before your booked date is automatically removed from our calendar
    • Please give us three (3) business days to confirm your payment.
    • Please check your email for summary of your booking and our bank details for your 50% downpayment
