All Youth Ages Tryout Form

Tryouts (Ages 5-11)
Thank you for visiting the City of Plano Swimmers. If you are interested in having your child try out, please complete the below form. We currently do not have any tryouts scheduled at this time. We expect to have tryouts for our Winter Session in late October. Please fill out the information below to receive a link to register once we have a tryout scheduled.

Your child will be asked to swim a minimum of 25 yards (demonstrating both freestyle & backstroke) without stopping or touching the bottom or sides of the pool or lane lines. They need to be comfortable in deep water.

If your swimmer cannot meet the above requirements, swimmers ages 5-8 may be invited to the program if they can submerge their body to retrieve a toy at the bottom of the pool (3 feet of water).
