    Medical conditions/concerns              

    Oregon law mandates the use of pain medications for ALL pets having surgery. All pets receive an NSAID in hospital. Dogs will receive an additional 3 days for males and 5 days for females of NSAID/pain medication to go home. Cats over 4 months will receive 2 days to go home. The fee for this required pain relief package is $15.00.    *

    All pets with fleas will be treated at owner's expense. The fee is $14.50.    *    

    All pets must be current on Rabies vaccine or receive in hospital today. The is fee is $12.78.

    All pets MUST be fasted the night before. If pets vomits, they will be given injection for their safety. This injection is $50 - $90 (depending on weight)    *    

    Non-Salem/Keizer residents will be charged an exam fee of $41.60    *    
    (proof may be required).

    Should an emergency arise and my pet needs CPR, *   want CPR performed (Cost accruing $260 - $550).


    * I will pick up my pet as agreed. If I fail to pick my pet when it is ready for discharge, I promise to pay an extra boarding and additional treatment charges. I also understand that, if I do not pick up my pet as agreed, my pet may be declared abandoned.
