    We know it is a mine field out there trying to source a reputable breeder. You will be pleased to know that as a breeder, we are registered with Pet Proov and our "score" is "low risk" therefore giving you peace of mind that when you buy a puppy from us, we are who we say we are, this gives you peace of mind when entering into the breeder - buyer relationship building process.

    • IN ORDER TO BE PLACED ON OUR WAITING LIST WE REQUIRE A DEPOSIT OF £100. THIS IS DEDUCTED FROM THE SALE PRICE OF THE PUPPY AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. FOR 2026 OUR PUPPY PRICE IS £2000. 

      YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE NEXT STAGE PAYMENT OF £250 WHEN THE LITTER (SPECIFIC TO YOUR NEEDS) ARE BORN. 

      FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE SHORTLY BEFORE THE PUPPY IS 8 WEEKS OLD. 

      • ON RECEIVING A DEPOSIT WE UNDERTAKE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH AN APPROPRIATE PUPPY WITHIN 12 MONTHS, OR YOUR MONEY BACK. 
      • IF THERE IS A MEDICAL REASON THAT THE PUPPY CANNOT BE SOLD WE WILL GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK, OR AN ALTERNATIVE PUPPY. 
      • WHILST WE ACCEPT THAT CHANGES OF CIRCUMSTANCES DO OCCUR, WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT FOR ANY REASON UNLESS IT IS A MEDICAL REASON, THAT WE WILL REQUIRE PROOF FOR.

      CHOOSING A PUPPY: You will not get to have "pick of the litter". We use Puppy Profiling and years of experience to ensure you get the puppy that fits your lifestyle. Every family needs and wants different things from dog ownership and as we spend the most time with the puppies, therefore we are best placed to guide you on that choice. We take into consideration gender preference and colour preference, however the personality of the dog is what you will ultimately live with and so our decision making is based heavily around that. 

      GOING HOME: We cannot hold puppies for extended times UNLESS IT IS GOING INTO A TRAINING PROGRAM; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable timeframe. Viewings and collections for litters will be made clear at the start of the process, if those dates conflict with plans you have, for the sake of the puppies it is important you let us know. 

      CONTRACT:  We will not place a puppy without a signed contract. If you have questions about specific terms, you need to contact us prior to picking up your puppy. 

      BREEDING: If you do plan on breeding at any time please connect with us to discuss the process. We care about our puppies and their offspring and are willing to help as much as we can with walking you through the process, cost, and everything else that comes with breeding. Breeding is a very delicate process and not without risk if you decide to go down that route we will be with you every step of the way. We do not condone breeding from dogs that are not trained to a professional level and full health tested. All puppies are sold with a non breeding contract/endorsements, which we will lift IF the health testing and tempermament testing is appropriate for breeding. 

      Completing this application is the first step in the process to acquiring a puppy but it does not guarantee you will get a puppy from a specific litter. While it's unlikely, the breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time.
