As part of our recruitment process, ProSearch will:

Conduct screenings based on the information voluntarily provided by the candidate.
Verify employment history, credentials, and professional references (minimum of two previous managers and one colleague).
Assist with compensation and offer negotiations based on the candidate’s goals.
Perform a criminal background check upon client request, in compliance with applicable laws.

I understand that any background checks will be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), where applicable.

I affirm that all information I provide is truthful and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I commit to maintaining open and honest communication throughout the recruitment process. If I have any concerns regarding a job opportunity, company, responsibilities, or offer terms, I agree to proactively discuss them with my recruiter to explore potential solutions.
