Please note that if you have a current qualification and work experience in a conventional medicine or allied health discipline, it is not possible to cut down the course length. In addition, we cannot usually exempt you from whole course units/modules, due to the course structure and the need to consider conventional viewpoints alongside Chinese medicine aspects. However, we can in some cases look at exemptions from aspects of the written work for example, and we will discuss this with you at interview and agree arrangements in more detail if you are offered a place.

Please provide two references from people who are not related to you, and who have known you for three years or more. One should be a current or previous employer/tutor, and one could be your acupuncture practitioner, if you have one. They will be contacted and asked to give their opinion as to your suitability to undertake this course. If you have attended a previous BAAB acupuncture college or course, a tutor/course leader should be one of your references, so please include their name and contact details here.
