Temperament: Your pet will be temperament tested and evaluated by the boarding staff during the first several days of attending daycare. If your pet reacts positively, he or she may be involved in a play group. We will try our best to find the right playmates for your dog.
Spay/Neuter Policy: We require that your pet be spayed or neutered before entering a play group. Your pet is still eligible for doggie daycare if he or she is not spayed or neutered, they will just not be able to participate in group play.
Vaccine Policy: All pets attending doggie daycare must be up to date on their vaccines with a copy on file. The vaccines required include Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella.
Group Play: I understand that my dog(s) will be playing in fenced areas with other dogs and accept that when dogs play in a group, injuries may occur. I further understand that the staff of Pinehurst Animal Hospital will not be liable for any problems which develop. I hereby release Pinehurst Animal Hospital of any liability from my dog(s) attendance and participation at daycare.
Emergency Protocol: Your pet will not be seen by a veterinarian unless you request it or a team member notices an issue/concern that needs medical attention. In the event of non-life threatening situations, we will make every attempt to contact you prior to treating your pet. If there is a life threatening emergency we will treat your pet first and then contact you. I assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses involved if Pinehurst Animal Hospital needs to adminster medical treatment.
