Central Menu Management - Manage online menus, coupons, specials and instantly publish changes with a single click - which will publish to a connected website, mobile app, Google Online ordering, social media pages and other channels.
Menu Item Control - Pause items in the menu and schedule it to automatically resume. Control specials to be made available only on certain times of the day and certain days of the week.

ON PREMISE ORDERING & PAYMENT
On Premise Ordering from Elite Market Place enables guests to order food from their own device for contactless dine-in. Since Elite Market Place is already connected to many POS systems, dine-in orders can be sent straight to the POS system for order fulfillment.
Minimize unnecessary contact between restaurant staff and guests by replacing printed menus with branded ordering software that guests can use to place dine-in orders from their own devices.
Dine-in guest contact with wait staff can be limited to explaining menu specials, delivering food, and clearing plates. Contact between restaurant staff and guests are further reduced as orders are sent directly from the dine-in guest to the restaurant POS system.
On Premise Ordering from Elite Market Place can streamline the ordering process and allow for direct communication between the restaurant staff and the guest:
Guest orders can be sent straight to the POS system for processing
Elite Market Place’s order notifications can keep guests more informed about the status of their order
When placing an order, guests are given estimates for food preparation time and expectations when the food will be ready

Since guests will create and review their own orders, manual re- entry into POS systems is minimized - creating greater accuracy with each order
Dine-in ordering is easier than ever. Guests are dynamically encouraged to add related items to their order and are provided real-time offers to join loyalty programs or increase the order size in exchange for discounts. Menus can be updated in real-time to allow for last-minute menu changes or price adjustments to increase orders for certain specials.
Loyal guests see their last order, favorite items, and their entire order history. Guests can also get started on an order, and save it for later for ordering at home, or in-person. Since all orders will be processed on one system, greater analysis can be conducted about orders by item, day and time, on and off-premises, loyalty members vs. guest checkout, and more.

The Elite Market Place platform allows our clients to display their food items in a way that lets their food sell itself. Our marketplace is easy to use, driven by location, and clearly indicates pertinent restaurant information on a map, by cuisine type, and much more.
GOOGLE ONLINE ORDERING
Convert search results into online orders with Elite Market Place and Google.
Restaurant menus are setup through Elite Market Place’s Google ordering channel to allow guests to order online directly from; Google Search, Google Maps, Google Assistant. The "Order Online" button will be featured on the restaurant Google My Business listing. Google orders are received like other orders, and Elite Market Place provides reports and a Customer Service App which will identify orders that were sourced through the Google channel. Once you give us the green light, we'll gather our experienced Implementation Team to bring your new online menu from concept to reality. There's nothing our team loves more than building beautiful menus our clients love. Here's how we do it...
1 - Restaurant Review
First, we'll start by gather information about your restaurant and menus so we can start building your online environment.
2 - Obtain Menu Items and Validate Settings
Next, our team will obtain all of your menu items and confirm menu and delivery settings for each location. Menus and business requirements can be complex and are unique for every business. We take the time needed to ensure we get it right the first time.
3 - Menu and Application Development
Using our Pixel-Perfect Branding technology, building your menus to match your brand guidelines is what we do best. We're not satisfied until you are, and we don't like to take shortcuts. We strive for perfection.
4 - Testing, Approval, and Go Live
We're not happy with your implementation until your project passes our rigorous and extensive testing process. Once we receive your approval, we're ready to go live.
5 - Staff Training
Although we take extra effort to ensure the systems are intuitive and easy to use without training, we know some clients like to update and continually adjust their menu. We offer to train your staff and share materials with them they can use to make changes well after our go live date. We'll also explain how we actively monitor orders, and how to contact the Elite Market Place customer service whenever help is needed.
6 - Client Success
Once your menu is live, our role changes and we become an IT extension of your staff. We're aware your business needs change, and we're ready to change and grow with you. You'll be assigned a Client Success Manager who is dedicated to supporting your business.
7 - We'll Keep Building Awesome Features...
As an Elite Market Place client, you'll become familiar with our frequent product updates. We continually update our platform in direct response to client requests. STANDARD FEE STRUCTURE:
Commission Fee: A 10% commission fee will apply to all orders on the Elite Market Place
Credit Card Processing Fee: 2.9% plus $.30 per transaction
Convenience Fee: $1.50 per transaction charged to the customer (Rate subject to change without notice)
Delivery Fees: Delivery fees will vary based on customer’s location and will be added to the order total upon checkout
ELITE MARKET PLACE ADD-ONS:
Google Online Ordering: 10% commission and 3% credit card processing fee. $39 one-time fee for Restaurant menu setup if not already on the Elite Market Place.
On-Premise Ordering: Additional fees apply
Custom Brands with the Elite Market Place: Branded sub-marketplace to build a custom-branded experience that sits within the Elite Market Place. Additional fees apply.
