According to Gallup's Engagement Research worldwide, in other jobs

Only about 29% of the millennials are engaged in their jobs. 16% are actively disengaged and hate their jobs!

In our profession, according to research carried out, Only 10.6% officers engaged, 11.8% disengaged, with the balance 77.6% partially engaged.
