Following the outstanding success in 2025, the Pure Christmas Market will this year take place on
Sunday 22nd November 2026, 10am - 4pm
Stands
There will be allocated spaces to include a single a trestle table/half moon or round table at a cost of £30 payable in advance and 15% sales commission payable post event OR £50 flat fee payable in advance.
Cancellation
A non refundable booking fee is required to secure your space.
Hospitality
There will be food and drink served by the Hotel throughout and stall holders will be able to pre order their requirements. Food not purchased from the Hotel cannot be consumed on the premises (this rule will be strictly enforced due to site food hygeine regulations)
A stall holder complimentary coffee and tea station will be in place between 8am and midday. Unlimited water will also be provided.
Stall holders cannot sell any food for consumption on the premises.
Marketing
The Market will be widely promoted on social media, to Bannatyne members and exhibitors will be provided with digital materials to support promotion.
Please engage with our advertising and accept collaboration posts on instagram to ensure maximum awareness.
Roadside banners will be in place for approximaetely 4 weeks prior.

Market Smallholder Etiquette Statement
Stallholders are expected to set up and operate their stands with consideration for others. Please ensure your stall does not block neighbouring stands, customer flow, or general sightlines, and always keep fire exits and designated access routes clear.
A maximum of two people may be present and selling at your stand at any one time.
