BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION 2025
To be considered a candidate for election as an officer of Unity Catholic Federal Credit Union, a nomination form must be completed and returned to the Credit Union office, no later that noon on November 30, 2024.
- In 2024, the following positions are up for nominations:
- 3 - three year term positions for Board of Directors
All positions are volunteer positions, which provide no compensation.

Members of the Board of Directors set the credit union’s policies, plan the credit union’s course and make sure it maintains a sound financial position. They are required to attend monthly Board Meetings, monthly committee meetings and other meetings designated by the board.

In order to be considered for nomination for one of these open positions, the credit union bylaws require that an individual must be over 18 years of age and a member of the Credit Union in good standing.

All nominations will be reviewed by the Nominating Committee, which will forward all qualified individuals for placement on the ballot.

Should an election be necessary, ballots will be distributed by mail in the December 2024 account statements.
