Please read: This year, you may order fruit and/or snacks from an FFA member directly (they will fill out this form for you and collect payment now) or you may fill out this form yourself and send in a check if ordering online. You will receive a confirmation email. If you order remotely, please send payment in the form of a personal check, cashiers check or money order made payable to the: Amanda-Clearcreek FFA. In-person ordering and payment may be made in the same methods plus cash is accepted also.
