Furniture Collection Form
Book a free collection to donate large furniture items including sofas, tables, wardrobes, beds, white goods , electric cookers and much more. We just ask the items are in good clean condition so that we can pass them on in Welfare packages or in saleable condition for our shops.

Complete our form and we'll arrange a collection at the first available date. We'll contact you within 72 business hours of your request.

If you prefer , you can book over the phone however we do require photographs of items before scheduling any collections.

We will only collect from premises that are Covid free -
- our team will check when they call to arrange collection, so please only request a collection if your home is Covid free.
- Masks will be worn by our drivers at all times when we visit your home.
- Our drivers will sanitise their hands before and after they visit your home.
- O ur vans are sanitised regularly and cleaned throughout the day.
- Y our donation will be sanitised and / or isolated for 48 hours before sale.
- T o limit contact time between our donors and drivers, if possible please can your furniture item be brought closer to the doorway for ease of collection.

Please note that there is a £25.00 charge for collecting 10-15 items and a charge of £50.00 for collecting more than 15 items ,additional van loads are charged at £30.00. All charges are required to be paid in advance of any collection.
