You have purchased a training package from Podfit Personal Training and the team is delighted to have you on board.
All sessions will take place at Podfit unless stated in your purchase.

I understand that I will be notified if my credit card payment fails to authorise for any reason and a £25 late fee will apply if I do not provide a valid credit card within 10 calendar days of the original rejection date.
STAFF AND CLIENT HOLIDAYS
If staff are away for holidays, you will be offered Personal Training or Virtual Training, or Small Group or Independent Gym Sessions, depending on availability. Podfit reserve the right to close for one week during the Christmas holiday season. If you have holidays, we will train you virtually, so that you do not miss out on your training with us. If you cannot train virtually on holiday, you may be offered additional personal training either side of your holidays, however, this is subject to availability.
RENEWAL.
After your initial term, your contract will continue on a month by month basis, unless it is cancelled by you. The contract will automatically renew with monthly payments unless you cancel the agreement.
Notice must be given by completing this form and no other forms of termination will be acknowledged.

NOTICE.
Initial Term. The Studio requires a full one months notice, prior to your contract end date.
After your initial term, the studio requires a full one month notice period, which will only begin on the same day of the month as your contract start date. So if your contract starts on the 5th of the month, your contract notice period will run from the 5th of the month for a further month. If you give notice between the 1st and 5th of the month, your notice period will begin on the 5th of that month. If you give notice after the 5th of any month, your notice will note take effect until the 5th of the following month.
EARLY CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT
You can leave your contract at any point in the term with 1 months fee, if you have a life threatening illness (injuries are not included) or if you are relocating further than 30 miles from your nearest Podfit Studio.
LATE CANCELLATIONS
Any sessions cancelled within a 8 hour window of the session start time will be marked as a LATE CANCELLATION and this session cannot be recovered.
EARLY CANCELLATIONS
Any sessions cancelled before the 8 hour late cancellation window can be rescheduled within 7 days of the early cancellation only and this is subject to availability. If Personal Training has no availability, you will be able to attend a small group session or virtual group session(subject to availability). This can only be done in the same calendar week and there are no exceptions to this rule.
By agreeing to these terms, I confirm that I am able to meet the minimum financial commitment. I also confirm that there is no physical or psychological reason to ask to cancel this contract.
ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY
Only contracts purchased online have a 14 day cooling off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations Act and will begin the day of the purchase date, not the service start date. After the 14 day period, the full cost of the contract will need to be paid in order to cancel it.
I acknowledge that this product contains digital products/downloads and I understand that I will waive my right to any cooling off period if any digital products are accessed or downloaded.
I acknowledge that studio purchases have cooling off period.
COVID-19
If the studio has to close for national or local restrictions, your membership will continue as normal and we will train you virtually, until the studio reopens.
