This issue should be corrected immediately. If it continues to occur, it should lead to another write up on the spot.The issue should be corrected by showing a pattern of the correct behavior during their next few weeks of shifts with myself and other shift leads.I do not believe this issue can be improved upon and recommend that the employee have an immediate meeting with the manager/owner pending further disciplinary action.
