This agreement is for the purchase of a CAD Construction Set:

(Electronic)-an emailable full set of house plans in CAD (modifiable format). This file allows the house plan to be viewed on your computer by zooming in on special features of the plan and print from it multiple 36”x24” copies to be used by the various trades during construction. Client may take to a draftsperson or architect for modifications. A set is for construction of ONE (1) house. If you would like a multiple use license, please call Jessica at Old Barn Design 469-693-1108.

I understand this Construction Set is non-refundable. I have confirmed that the plan will work on my site, taking setbacks, easements or any other building restrictions into consideration. I understand that I may use this Construction Set to construct one house. I understand this Construction Set is protected by copyright. The use of these plans and specifications is restricted to the original site for which they were prepared. Re-use, reproduction or publication by any method in whole or in part is prohibited, unless authorized by Jessica Starr. Ownership of the design, plans and specifications is solely with Jessica Starr. Plans may not be shown in whole or part on the internet by anyone other that Jessica Starr and Old Barn Design
