I'm so excited to see you are interested in becoming part of my hair tribe! I have created this initial color consultation as a way to quick analyze your current hair and your goal hair to help aid your decision of which new client service option to book.

Completing this consent form, you will hear back from me within 24 hours (saturday-sunday submissions will be reviewed and replied on monday). I will send you a quick overview of which new client service option would be the best option for you!

I understant that if i desire a more thoughough explanation of the coloring process, or a detailed analasis of my current hair i will need to schedule and in-person consultation.

I understand that the original average investment for my first appointment ranges between $125-190 and maitenence/second appointment will be $100-190 depending on current hair, goal hair, and required upkeep.
