Registration form 2025

Casual payment $16.00 per class  (pay on day) 

* please note if class fees are not paid from prior week students may be refused class the following. 

Term payment $12.00 per class  (30min Class) 

Term payment $14.00 per class  (45min Class) 

 (Invoice - No refund for students absences) 

Term fees will be invoiced at the start of each term and sent via email - please ensure your invoice is paid on or before due date to avoid any late fees. Late fees will occor 14days after invoice due date charged at $15.00, unless payment arrangement has been made prior to invoice due date. Term fees will not be amended after the due date for any circumstance. If you wish to change your payment method this must be done prior to current term commencing otherwise your fees will remain as per your signed registration form. 

Multi class discount $11.00 per student

(This discount is only for students on Term payment) 

Multi Class discounts apply for students taking multiple classes, and/or classes taken by sibling. 

The first class is full fee, then all consecutive classes are invoice at the Multi-Class rate. 

** please note if term fees are not paid in full by the due date and you have decided to discontine classes mid term, full term fees must be paid**  

 

Costume fees will be invoiced in at the start of Term 2 and Term 3.

$70 1st instalments term 2 and $65 2nd instalment Term 3.

Casual Payers will be invoiced for these terms - Via Email 

Costume Fees are NON Refundable 

Costume fees must be paid for in full before you receive, costumes are yours to keep after our annaul end of year performance 

*Costumes are only for children who are performing in our annual end of year performance  

 

$10.00 per student payable when registering student. (NON Refundable)

Registration fee is to secure a student's class position for the full year, this is a one off payment. Class sizes limited and position will not be secured until payment is received.

By checking 'I Agree' below and submitting this form, you, the Parent or Guardian of the above student(s), agree to release centre stage studio, including instructors and assistants from liability for any and all injuries which may occur while training, practicing, performing, or during any studio event or activity. You also agree that you are responsible for health and accident insurance and any medical costs incurred due to injury. You give permission for emergency medical transportation and treatment of your student(s) at your expense should the need arise. You also give your permission for the public display of any studio visual images that your child may appear in.
