Competition Details:
Battle of the Bears is non-sanctioned and not affiliated with any other strongman organization.

This events purpose is to spread the amazing fun and excitement of the sport of strongman to the Walla Walla Valley. As well to invite Experienced compeitors and put on a show for everyone to enjoy amazing feats of strength.

This competition is intended for Novice/Beginners/Expeirenced and welcoming to anyone interested in trying strongman competition for the first time.
- Novice/Beginners is defined as first time athletes competing in a Strongman Competition.
- Experienced is defined as currently competing or have competed in Strongman Competitions.

- Any teen or lighter weight athlete are welcome to compete up in weight/age class, except masters.
- Weigh ins will be done the day before the contest. Friday 8/25 from 9am-12pm and 4pm-7pm.
- Masters athletes are a single class, but are welcome to sign up for the weight classes, but not both.

- I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE MUSCLE SHACK URGES ME TO OBTAIN A PHYSICAL EXAMINATION FROM A DOCTOR BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN ANY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY WITH THE MUSCLE SHACK.
- I ACKNOWLEDGE THE ACTIVITY I WILL UNDERTAKE IS A DANGEROUS ACTIVITY AND THAT BY PARTICIPATING IN IT I AM EXPOSED TO CERTAIN RISKS. THESE RISKS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, ABNORMAL BLOOD PRESSURE, FAINTING, HEART DISORDERS AND HEART ATTACK, DEHYDRATION, HEAT EXHAUSTION, SPRAINS, MUSCLE STRAIN, MUSCLE TEARS, BLISTERS, STRESS FRACTURE, SHIN SPLINTS, TENDONITIS, CARTILAGE TEARS, BURSITIS, BACK PAIN AND BRUISING OF JOINTS.
- I UNDERSTAND THAT THE MUSCLE SHACKS MAIN PRIORITY IS KEEPING ITS PARTICIPANTS SAFE, IN ORDER TO ENSURE PROPER SAFETY PHYSICAL CONTACT MAY BE REQUIRED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SPOTTING AND MONITORING OF EXERCISES
- I ACKNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTAND THAT WHILST PARTICIPATING IN SUCH ACTIVITY:
