2021 Spring Seminar Registration Form

BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

If you are preregistered as a 'carryover' from spring 2020, please DO NOT re-enter that registration. You are already enrolled.
If you are a MODERATOR, please DO NOT register for your own class. You are already enrolled in your class.
Registrations received by Friday, December 4, 2020 will be eligible for the lottery. Registrations received after this date will be added on a space-available basis, or to waiting lists.

ZOOM CLASS PARTICIPATION:

It is strongly recommended that you have a computer, IPad, or other device that has a camera and microphone.
You must have an operating system and browser that are able to support ZOOM.
It is possible to participate in a Zoom session relying only on the telephone; however, having a computer with video camera and free Zoom software promises to provide a more rewarding seminar experience.

AUDITOR STATUS:

Available ONLY to full members of 5CLIR who have participated in seminars for at least 4 years , but are currently unable to continue actively participating.
Auditor status is for an entire semester, not for a single class.
Auditors do not make presentations, but may have reading or other requirements. Please check with the moderator for specific requirements for their seminar.
Auditors are registered after the lottery, and with the permission of the moderator(s), and as space is available.

CO-REGISTRATION:

To co-register for your first choice seminar with another LIR member,enter that person's name, and phone or email below.

That person must also submit a registration, and must also indicate the same first choice seminar, and that they wish to co-register with you.

Priority registrations do not apply to co-registrations, and co-registration is not available to moderators or auditors.
