As we celebrate the holidays in a new way this year, Uptown Houston will kick off the season with a virtual countdown and entertaining video looking back at memories of the annual Uptown Holiday Lighting tradition. We will kick-off the season on Facebook and other social media platforms on Thanksgiving evening, November 26th.

By submitting video, audio or photographic content and signing below, you hereby agree to the following:

1. I, the undersigned, have agreed to allow my image and/or voice, or that of my minor child to be used in a Uptown Houston District video or digitial asset. I understand that the image or voice may be edited, copied, exhibited, published and/or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product. Additionally, I waive the right to any royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording, or that of my minor child. I also understand this material may be used in diverse settings within an unrestricted geographic area.
2. The photographic, audio or video recordings may be used for any legitimate purpose of Uptown Houston District, whatsoever, and I understand that there is no time limit or geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.
3. By signing this agreement I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above and agree to be bound by it. In addition I hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material with the express permission of myself or Uptown Houston District.
