Camp BBYO is for BBYO members currently in 8th through 10th grade who are looking for a super fun week of camp activities with BBYO friends. Participants will enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities, including sports, Maccabiah (color war), swimming, music, art, and more. They’ll form new friendships with fellow Alephs and BBGs, explore their Jewish values with a beautiful Shabbat under the stars, and enjoy a much-needed opportunity to be in the great outdoors with friends. Camp BBYO will run from August 5-12.
As a Camp BBYO Coordinator, we are looking for someone who has experience in the world of traditional summer camp, is a current high school Junior or Senior, can work in conjunction with staff to design Camp BBYO, and will collaborate with the rest of the summer coordinators team to recruit for all summer 2021 experiences. Coordinators are expected to arrive to camp on August 3. Coordinators will create a safe and comfortable space for all campers, plan fun and exciting moments, and nurture a feeling of belonging to a community that just can’t be created anywhere else.
