    Glow Gardens Halifax, presented by Glow The Event Store, is a family-friendly indoor winter festival where guests enjoy interactive light gardens, illuminated structures, delicious food, drinks and daily live entertainment all under the twinkle of a million lights.

    The gardens’ theme is Glow Around the World – guests will enjoy installations representing China, India, The Netherlands, Mexico, United Kingdom and France.

    The Gardens will be open January 12, 2021 to February 21, 2021 and requires a large team of customer-oriented people to oversee daily operations, infrastructure, Covid-19 protocols and customer service.

  • Please Note: Preference will be given to applicants who are available for the full 6 weeks that Glow Gardens will be open January 12, 2021 to February 21, 2021. All confirmed staff will be required to attend a mandatory training session prior to January 12.

  • COVID -19 HEALTH & SAFETY REQUIRED PROTOCOLS & SHARED RESPONSIBILITES FOR ON-SITE STAFF

    • Only staff members scheduled for each day will be permitted access to the building.
    • No staff member can have travelled outside the Atlantic Bubble within 14 days of your assigned shift
    • All staff members will review the posted guidelines for self-assessment of symptoms upon arrival. (Any staff member experiencing symptoms will not enter the building, return home to self-isolate and contact 811 for further instructions)
    • All staff members must wear a mask when entering the building and at all times within the building (Exception: masks may be removed when consuming food or beverages. Food and beverages may only be consumed while seated in the assigned areas for staff)
    • Upon arrival, all staff members are required to sanitize their hands using the sanitizing station provided
    • Where applicable, a social distance of 6 feet or 2 meters will be maintained between staff members and guests
    • Any staff member not adhering to the mandated health and safety protocols will be asked to leave the premises without compensation
