✅ If your scan is successful, you won’t need to upload any further evidence.

If your scan is not successful or you are unable to scan the barcode, you will be prompted on the next page to upload an existing photo or take a new photo of the back of your Blue Badge.

How to Scan Your Blue Badge Barcode

1.Find the Barcode – The barcode is located on the back of your Blue Badge, in the bottom left corner.

2. Start the Scan – Tap the Scan Barcode button below.

3.Grant Camera Access – If prompted, tap Allow to let your device access the camera.

4.Position the Barcode – Place your Blue Badge on a flat surface for stability. Hold your phone steady and align the green line in the middle of the barcode. The scanner will automatically detect it.

5.Confirm the Scan – Once scanned successfully, the barcode number will appear below in green.

We offer the option to include an emergency contact on your card. If you choose to provide this information, the QR code on the back of your card will direct to your designated emergency contact's phone number.

If you choose not to have an emergency contact, the QR code will simply link to our website.

Your emergency contact's number will be stored in a QR code on the back of your ID card this allows quick access without needing a data connection or login in an emergency.
