Sydney Festival is looking for crew for the 2021 Festival!

Each year the festival has a wide range of crewing requirements across all of our venues from late December 2020 to early February 2021. Crew needed include everything from site crew to help set up outdoor festival sites to people with experience in theatre lighting, sound or wardrobe.

Festival dates: Wednesday 6 – Tuesday 26 January 2021

Festival period (when we need crew): Tuesday 29 December 2020 – Sunday 31 Janary 2021

AVAILABILITY
Some shifts will start from 29 December 2020 but we may have some earlier shifts so we have included dates from 16 December 2020 below.

A larger number of shifts will start from 2 January 2021. We will not be working Christmas, Boxing Day or New Year's Day but these are in the form due to the way the system uploads the information to our scheduling system.

If your availability changes after you submit your form, that is ok. Please just let us know via email logistics@sydneyfestival.org.au (no need to do the form again) and we will adjust your availability manually in our scheduling system.

NEXT STEPS
A lot of things have to happen behind the scenes to allow us to start to allocate crew so your patience is appreciated. In this year of COVID, it is even more of a movable feast! The earlier you supply your information, then the earlier we know that you are interested and available. We receive a huge number of crew applications and with 90+ shows, this is not a speedy process. We will be working fast and furiously behind the scenes to make it happen so please be patient!
