If there is a specific place you’d like it to be placed, please explain (in detail) here. If no location is said, Ground Graffiti will be placed for optimal viewing. Also, if the property is located in a gated community, please indicate plans of accessing property.
Policy * Please DO NOT MOVE OUR SIGNS FOR ANY REASON! If a sign needs to be moved from its original placement, please call us!* Payment is due at time of booking in order to hold the reservation.* Please make sure the yard is mowed before the display is placed. As well as CANCEL ANY MOWING service while the display is set up. If there is any damage to the display due to mowing you will need to replace each damagedpiece ($15/EACH).* Please do not touch or play around the display. Displays are not strong enough to support any weight. Please do not attach anything to any part of the display. NO BALLOONS OR STREAMERS!* Please do not remove or dispose of any sign.* If you need an earlier pick up, please call us.* Ground Graffiti is not responsible for any injury or damage that is caused to any persons or personal property during the set-up, display or removal of any rental. REFUND POLICY* 48 hour notice is required for a full refund. If inside the 48 hour window, you will receive a 50% refund.* In the event we are unable to set the display due to inclement weather you will receive a full refund.* No refunds will be given if the wrong address is given.* If homeowner requests the signs be removed for any reason, there is no refund.* No refund will be given if we can not access the property due to an animal or gated community (please provide instructions for gates). DELIVERY, SET-UP AND PICK UP: Delivery will occur sometime between SUNDOWN (the day before) and SUNRISE (the day of your rental date). Pick up will occur the evening of your rental date between the hours of 6pm-11pm.* If delivery needs a more specific time due to being a surprise, please let us know during the booking process! BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH Ground Graffiti, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL OF THE ABOVE POLICIES.
