When you will play: You will be playing either in the morning or afternoon. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for either sessions
Alternative Party: In lieu of the party, we will be hosting a zoom toast and raffle!
Reminder: All participants are required to wear a mask at all times except when playing on the court and follow CDC/NYS Covid-19 Guidelines.
CANCELLATION: In the event of changes to NYS/CDC guidelines, the event may be cancelled. Should that occur, please consider your registration fee as a donation to SIS.
All proceeds from this event go directly to SIS to provide financial support to patients while going through breast cancer treatment. Registration fee is tax deductible as allowed by law.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGRDING COVID 19
In consideration of the acceptance of my registration for the Tournament, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, or any others who may claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and hereby waive, release and discharge the Paddle Court Host club and SIS, and anyone acting for or on the host paddle clib and SIS behalf, from any and all claims of liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind or nature, arising out of or sustained in the course of my participation in the Tournament. This Release and Waiver applies to all claims, foreseen or unforeseen, including negligence and breach of statutory or other duty of care (including that owed under the Occupier’s Liability Act).
