Payments can only be made via Cash, Check, or Finli processing. Finli invoices will be emailed to you 24-48hours after registration n is finalized.
The options for payment methods are the only options to pay, if an option is NOT listed (Example:Venmo) then it is not approved to be used for studio payments.

Late Fee Policy
Tuition is due by the 5th of every month
If tuition is past due there will be a $10 late fee, this fee will accumulate weekly until balance is paid

Bounced Check fee is $35 and checks will not be accepted after one has occurred.

No refunds will be given only credit in certain circumstances

Registration fees are Non-refundable and non-transferable

It is your responsibility to withdraw/give notice that your student will not be continuing classes at the end of the month before tuition is due for the next month

Unpaid tuition balances will result in the holding of costumes, no admittance to class, or no performance opportunities

Additional fees are required for performances as well as costumes for our Recital season (January-June)
Once your registration form is received, you will get an email after it is processed to confirm your student's spot in the classes selected. You will be given your total price for registration + Tuition and if you selected an electronic form of payment a request/invoice will be sent to you.

If you would like to use a debit/credit card the studio processes through Finli processing. ACH processing is available at no extra cost (link your bank payment). 3% is added for regular card transactions
Class Notifications on the Band App

Once registered you will be texted or emailed a link to join your student's class on the Band app. All studio notifications and updates will be posted on the Band app. Is it your responsibility to join and download the app. Please check it weekly for any important updates. The app will also be used to post class content such as videos and pictures for your student to use at home.

Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19:

DSD= Danica's School of Dance

By Signing Below, I acknowledge the contagious nature of Covid-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that my child(ren) and I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending Danica's School of Dance and that exposure or infection may result in personaly injury, illness, permanet disability, and death. I understand the risk of becoming exposed or infected by COVID-19 at DSD may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence by myself and others, including, but not limited to DSD employees, volunteers, program particpants, and families.

I voluntarily agree to assume all the foregoing risks and accpet sole responsibility for any injury to my child(ren) or myself (including but not limited to, perosnal injury, illness, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense of any kind, that I or my child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with my child(ren)'s attendance at Danica's School of Dance or particpation in DSD programming ("Claims"). On my behalf and the behalf of my child(ren), I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Danica's School of Dance and Danica Vittoria, its agents, employees, volunteers, and representatives of expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on actions, omissions, or negligence of Danica's School of Dance, its employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs, before, during or after particpation in any DSD program or class.
