Thank you for submitting your Red Card Reporting Form.
To fully comply, any player who received a red card must serve the automatic one (1) match suspension in the next playable game. The player's name should be struck through on that Official Match Report and noted as "suspended." If there is a determination that additional disciplinary sanctions may be imposed, the league will contact you directly.
Coaches who received a red card would face increased disciplinary sanctions, including all other matches on the day of the red card issuance (all ages, all levels) as well as the next full day of the Competition (all ages, all levels).
REMINDER: In cases of Violent Conduct and/or Foul & Abusive Language, you must submit a report providing a detailed club account summary of what transpired that resulted in the red card. This account is not reviewed for a potential reversal of the decision, as such decisions on the field are solely at the discretion of the match officials and the US Soccer Federation. USC does not have jurisdiction over match officials. Rather, USC uses the account summary to further evaluate the situation prior to issuing disciplinary decisions. Failure to provide the account summary could affect the length of a suspension.
