During the onboarding process, life happens and schedules change, impacting an RBT’s availability. Full Spectrum must have an updated detailed account of an RBT’s current availability. This aids in forming a caseload as there are many variables that go into the creation of a schedule.
Analysts may have to open new cases for successfully onboarded RBTs and opening a case may take several weeks and involve efforts from the rest of our team. Full Spectrum stresses the importance of providing transparency for a RBT’s current availability and other employment positions held by the Recruit.
