ASB Membership

Membership in the Australian Society for Biophysics is open to scientists who share the purpose of the Society and who have educational or research experience or interest in biophysics or in an allied scientific field. The purpose of the Australian Society for Biophysics is to encourage development and dissemination of knowledge in biophysics.

Membership fees:
Continuous/Faculty 1 year, $50 Continuous/Faculty 5 years, $200
Fixed term/Postdoc 1 year, $20 Fixed term/Postdoc 5 years, $80

ASB and UC Davis combined ECR session
As part of the 2020 annual meeting, we will be taking advantage of the 'virtual' nature of the meeting to host an exciting joint initiative between ASB and the UC Davis Student Biophysics chapter. This ECR exchange session is being organised by and for young investigators from each of our memberships and aims to facilitate young investigators in presenting and discussing their work and building collaborative relationships with colleagues and peers in a non-intimidating environment.

We encourage all student and ECR attendees to register their interest in participating in this initiative using the check-box below. Please keep an eye on the ASB website and look out for coming flyers from the organising committee for further details.
