All vehicles must be registered with the Association and a parking decal issued for each vehicle. Your vehicle will be towed if found on the property without a parking decal, or if they are parked on the grass, have an expired tag, or if they park in handicapped spaces without proper decal, or if they park in a numbered space not yours, unless you have the owner's permission.

Visitors will be issued a parking permit at the entry which must be placed on the dashboard and visible. All visitors must park in yellow Guest Parking spots only. Violators will be towed away at the Owner's expense.
