Completing this application is the first step in the process to acquring a puppy from us, howver it does not guarantee that you will get a dog.
As the breeder we reserve the right to refuse placement at any point in time or to delay the process until a suitable litter is born.
All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and worming and are microchipped and health checked by the vet. They will be de-sexed or have a tubal ligation or vasectomy before leaving us.
The parents and all puppies are DNA tested for any health issues within the breed.
You will receive a copy of the DNA report, vaccination certificates, microchip paperwork, DogsSA issued pedigree papers and a health report from the vet. Each puppy sold will come with a puppy pack tailored to where they will be going.
It is a condition of sale that if you can no longer keep the dog for any reason that it be returned to us (Kataplisso Peruvians) and not surrendered or sold to a third party. We will always take any dog bred by us back at any age, for any reason.
