Proof of Income Loss Between March 1, 2020 and today:
Proof of all sources of income which may include:
Paystubs over the last 30 days
Child support, if applicable
Disability income, if applicable
Supplemental Security Income, if applicable
If increased costs due to COVID:
Proof of childcare costs - bank statements will reflect this or letter from childcare provider.
Must also include:
Most recent correspondence from lender regarding default
Proof of Mortgage Delinquency since March 1, 2020
Once you have submitted your application, you will be assigned a housing counselor, you will need to email or mail all necessary documents to your counselor. If you are not able to complete the application online, please contact 211 and they can assist you.
Once we receive your completed application an documentation, a representative will contact you to schedule an over the phone appointment. We look forward to working with you.
