Designing will start within 48-72 hours after payment has been received. Most orders will be processed and mailed within 7-10 business days depending on quantity and complexity of the design.
Mock-ups require a design fee or full payment!

**Please note that your shipment can be delayed due to COVID-19. Candisurdesign is not responsible for delayed shipments and no refunds will be provided.
