• #TeamUp for the GLBR Application

    Use this form to submit your official application for #TeamUp for the GLBR. Before you begin, please read the following requirements:
    • Must be a certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency located in one of the following counties: Bay, Midland, Isabella, or Saginaw
    • Must have a project, service, or programming that impacts your service area in one of the following areas: STEM, Sustainability, Inclusion or Innovation

    If selected, your organization agrees to the following:

    • At least one representative (staff and/or board member) will attend the Dow GLBI Pairings Event on Monday, July 12 in Downtown Bay City (approximately 2-hour commitment)
    • Support your paired teams through attendance at the Dow GLBI tournament (an allotment of tickets will be given for each selected nonprofit)
    • At least one representative will attend a draft selection day in June (date and time TBD)
    • At least one representative will attend a post-tournament check presentation (date and time in late August/early September TBD)
    • Provide the Dow GLBI with two (2) follow-up reports [six months and one year] after the event. Each report should explain how the funds were used and the impact they had on the organization and the region.
