Once Member Services receives this request, we will follow-up with your Member ID via email. A joint owner or spouse on the account has a separate Member ID. Let us know below if you would like us to include both IDs.
Please note, you can expect a response within 24 hours M-F via email. If you put in a request after 5 PM on Friday, you will not recieve a response until Monday morning after 8:30 AM.
