-No one other than the photographer and assistants are allowed to touch the lighting equipment. Weigh down the stands and make sure they are placed on stable ground. Models and all staff have a designated waiting area before they come on set. -Diligence, studio team to test the equipment before the shoot; use the equipment correctly and do not expose the equipment to water.

- All members of the crew are required to flag all severe allergies or illnesses they have prior to the shoot. - Diligence. Children will not be requested to ingest any food items other than what is brought by or approved by their chaperone.

- Wherever possible travel to and between locations will be alone by private transport or taxi. Other means of transport such as cycling are also encouraged. - We will stagger arrival and departure times at the location, studio or production office to reduce crowding into and out of the work area.

-General interaction between people on set will be limited as much as possible. Essential crew only will be on set. Wherever possible physical separation of at least 2m will be maintained. Work planned to maintain this distance as the norm. -Each department to be allocated a designated area on set for themselves and their equipment. Anyone who can remain on standby-by will do so off set.

-Crew will wash or sanitize their hands regularly and immediately after handling equipment or objects that may carry the virus. -Enhanced cleaning procedures to be in place across all production areas. -Sets, studios, dressing rooms, hair & make-up etc to be regularly cleaned and disinfected. -All routine touch points such as door handles, bannisters, will need to be cleaned/disinfected.

-Crew to wear masks at all times and actors to wear masks when not on set. Production to provide disposable masks. -Disposable gloves may be useful for situations where hand washing or sanitising is not readily available. -All areas to kept well ventilated. - Closed bins which are regularly emptied to be provided in all areas.

-Dedicated eating areas will be identified on site to reduce contamination. Hand cleaning facilities or hand sanitiser will be available at the entrance of any room where people eat. -Meal and break times will be staggered to reduce congestion and maintain physical distancing of 2m at all times. -Crew will be encouraged to bring pre-prepared meals and reusable drink bottles from home and will not share.
